How soon can I cancel my reservation?
You can do this for free by 6pm the day before the rental.

How far do I get on a battery?
The battery life of a mountain e-bike depends on many factors. Ours are lithium-ion batteries, so they last longer than lead-acid batteries. However, the duration depends on the type of terrain, the weight of the rider and the level of assistance you set.

Isn't it dangerous to ride an e-bike? I'm afraid of the speed.
There is no danger: they are mountain bikes with assisted pedaling thanks to an electric motor. You choose the speed you want to go: the speed your legs allow! If you don't pedal, you'll stay still.

What happens if I run out of battery?
Our e-bikes have a motor that allows you to pedal freely even without the aid of a battery. It will be a little more tiring, but you'll make it! However, we will inform you about any charging points available on the route.

I don't know the routes, how can I do this?
Choose our guide! With everything you need for your excursion, you will be given a small guidebook to make the most of your day. Maps of the location are also available. If you want to live 100% of the experience, we recommend you to choose the guided tour package: you will have a professional guide at your disposal.

What happens if it rains?
We recommend that you pay close attention to the weather forecast before booking or contact our staff just in case.
